DESCRIPTION:INSIDE OUTSIDE_jb_bz_2025 ( https://natur-dialog.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/INSIDE-OUTSIDE_jb_bz_2025.pdf )\nINSIDE OUTSIDE – MOVING INTO AWARENESS TOGETHER\n\nSeptember 20 & 21, 2 to 6  pm, 2-Day Workshop in Munich, Germany, \nwith Jennifer Bury & Beate Zeller\n\n\nThis workshop strengthens our connection to each other and the natural world through movement. \nBy learning to listen with our whole body we will be reintroduced to the sensuous experience of being alive.\nThrough creative movement experiments we can rediscover our own vitality as moving-feeling-beings who are part of a greater unified whole.\nWe will be inside for the first day and outside in nature for the second day. Awareness-based experiments provide the opportunity to attend\nto how we’re co-creating our perceptions through our gestures and actions. Recognizing this ongoing dialogue invites us to experiment\nwith new ways of responding and moving in relationship to each other and our shared world.\n\nThis workshop is for everyone interested in increasing their sense of connection overall which is essential for our own well being\nas well as life’s daily interactions including our relationships with loved ones and work colleagues.\nProfessionally it is applicable to psychotherapy, the arts, and bodywork and somatic/movement therapies.\n\nWe welcome all bodies and abilities (18+) No movement experience required, just a desire to move and be met!\nInstruction in English and German.\n\nSeptember 20 & 21, 2025, 2 to 6 pm CET\n
